Starting from August 23, 2025, Bpost (our traditional carrier) will no longer be shipping to the US due to new customs fees laws.
We have switched to UPS as our main carrier for the US, and are monitoring the situation closely. For now, all customs fees remain to be paid by the receiver (you), but we will update you if this situation changes.

Hélo Astro currently offers 2 shipping company options:
BPOST: This is our standard shipping method, and will offer you the cheapest rates (starting at 9,99€ for lighter packages). Parcels sent with Bpost typically take longer to arrive (1-2 weeks to Europe, up to 4+ weeks to other destinations.)
FOR THE USA: due to Bpost stopping all expeditions to the US until further notice starting August 23, 2025, we currently only offer delivery via UPS to the United States. This method is a bit more expensive (35.99€ flat fee), but ships considerably faster (6-8 days) & offers protection & tracking for all parcels, including heavier ones.
We also recommend UPS if you're purchasing more expensive items such as talismans, or heavier ones such as body butters as you'll be able to select tracking (even if you don’t live in the US.)

Since we are shipping from Europe, parcels sent within the EU will usually take between 3 to 14 days to get to the destination. For deliveries outside of Europe, deliveries can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month (with Bpost), and between 3 to 10 days with UPS. We recommend the second shipping option if you want your items shipped faster.
Because of customs, parcels can take longer to be processed. This is independent from Hélo Astro and the process cannot be sped up — we appreciate your patience in this case.

Because of the unique nature of talismanic materia, all sales are FINAL and materia cannot be replaced, returned or exchanged. We thank you for your understanding.

When you choose a shipping option for your materia, with Bpost you have the option to select “Tracked” shipping, which means that you will receive a tracking number and be notified of when your parcel arrives. The “Untracked” option is a little cheaper, but doesn't offer any guarantees or protection — if your item is lost or stolen, no compensation will be offered and you will be unable to track your item or make a claim. This is why we strongly recommend choosing the “Tracked” option for bigger orders or expensive items such as talismans. No replacement or compensation can be offered if you chose the “Untracked” option.
UPS deliveries are always tracked.

ALL orders are insured for a maximum value of 100€. We do not offer insurance beyond this amount, which also allows us to offer more affordable shipping rates.

Due to customs processing, parcels shipped outside of Europe (to the US, Canada, Asia...) can take longer to arrive. We recommend waiting at least a month before reaching out.
If you chose the “Tracked” option for your parcel, we recommend waiting at least a month before contacting us to make sure that your parcel just isn't taking a bit longer to get to you. If you choose the “Untracked” option, there is nothing more we can do than suggest to wait.
We recommend that you contact your local post office or carrier before you contact us, as they will be in a better position to help. If they advise contacting the sender, we will assist you with delivery issues.

Hélo Astro declines all responsibilty when it comes to a lost or stolen package, as this is the responsibility of the delivery company. Hélo Astro recommends you open a case if a (Tracked) package has been lost or stolen and will assist you in these procedures, but as I am a small business, my scope of action is limited and Hélo Astro cannot be held liable for such occurrences. This is why we recommend you choose a “Tracked” option for your package, as you will be compensated if it is lost.
